SchoolMessenger is Knox County Schools parent/staff communication system. Parents and staff may receive messages from the system by phone, email, or text.
Customize your Messages
With SchoolMessenger, you can customize how and when you want to receive these important messages. You will need your student/staff ID and activation code, both must be obtained from your school. Directions for creating your account are listed below the appropriate Parent/Staff Directions Folder.
Do I need to make any changes if I am already receiving telephone messages?
If you choose to continue receiving telephone messages as you have in the past, no action is required.
Activation Codes are obtained from your local school If you need an activation code, please contact the school. The helpdesk cannot give out activation codes.
